APSAC Issues Letter to DHS Opposing Proposed Rule Change Regarding the Detainment of Migrant Childre

By terminating a 20-year-old settlement agreement, the government currently seeks to detain migrant children and their families indefinitely and without outside oversight. APSAC joins the American Academy of Pediatrics and a host of other organizations in opposing this rule proposed by the Departments of Homeland Security and Health and Human Services.
